Jill has extensive experience in the health and community services sectors which she has developed throughout her 25 year plus career. She has worked in many different roles including:
  • Offering direct support to people with disability (intellectual, sensory and physical), young people including offenders and unemployed youth, children of family breakdown, people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families/carers
  • Managing teams, programs and services
  • Managing continuous quality improvement and risk
  • Contributing to sector development through membership of working parties, committees and boards
  • Consulting with service providers, governments, volunteers and service users
Jill’s expertise lies in implementing innovative, needs/aspiration responsive and high quality services for marginalised people, and in consulting with those people, their families and carers. She is very experienced in:
  • Facilitating individual support planning and review
  • Developing and reviewing policies and practices
  • Measuring support outcomes
  • Assisting direct support staff and service management to develop their own person centred approaches to support planning and delivery
  • Assisting services to recognise where and how they can improve
  • Assisting service providers to learn from those using their services
Jill has been with LDC Group for 8 years and in that time she has worked on 50 consulting assignments.
