Disability Service Audits, ACT Community Service Directorate 2011
During 2011 LDC Group undertook summative reviews and audits of four disability service provider agencies for the ACT Community Service Directorate to determine whether services were meeting their funding agreements and improvements that could be made. The reviews included desk and field research; and analysis of organisational governance and management, quality and financial systems; and infrastructures (capital and systems) funded for specific initiatives.
