Wyndham City Council Victoria - Aged and Disability Services Strategy 2006
Research and community consultations provided valuable information about service access issues affecting older residents, people with disabilities and carers, (including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds). A six year strategy was developed to reduce service gaps and increase community participation. A database with information about services available in Wyndham was tailor designed and included service issues identified by service providers. Reports generated from the database provide a profile of services available in Wyndham.
